The new journey of cohesion, excellent team to win the future! In order to strengthen the close contact between marketing front and back office personnel, break the communication barriers, improve team cohesion and collaboration, so as to promote the achievement of annual goals; at the same time, in order to improve the passion and morale of the company's personnel, shaping the atmosphere of all-volunteer marketing, to build a high-performance, responsible and excellent team that is motivated by the same goals and consistent in its actions. On February 15-16, 2024, with the theme of "New Journey New Departure", the Group organized and carried out the Cohesion - Empowering Excellence Team Cohesion Training Camp, which was attended by more than 160 people, including management cadres of the company at all levels, all the marketing personnel and personnel of related business departments. 

Before the beginning of the training teacher through the division of the group, selecting the group leader, set the rules, the oath of words and other links, to create a good learning atmosphere, so that the participants quickly integrated into it, to comply with the rules of learning, and to establish a team consensus.
The entire training teacher around the "excellent team, the concept of success, up and down the same desire, efficient implementation" and other nine dimensions, through knowledge lectures, case studies, group discussions, team exercises, sand table simulation and other forms, to the participants brought a wonderful, lively and interesting course, but also to let all the participants in the theory and practice to enhance the personal mentality and responsibility, improve the efficiency of teamwork, enhance the overall awareness of the goal and the implementation of the force.
Learn something and act on it. The training camp is not only a theory instilling, but also a practice honing. Through various experiential games, such as "Drilling for Fire", "Sea of People", "Strategic Execution" and "Ultimate Goal", the trainees deeply understood the essence of communication and collaboration, efficient execution, result orientation and team trust, and learned to take responsibility and be grateful, and challenged to complete the impossible tasks.

Through this experiential training, participants deeply feel the importance and power of the team and beliefs, originally we thought it was impossible to complete the task, after we work together, go all out with the cooperation and action to overcome the difficulties, break the limitations, complete the challenge. Bring their own confidence, pride, team honor are incredibly powerful, break the self-imposed limitations, stimulate the potential of the team. The power of one person is limited, the power of the team is unlimited.
 
The first battle is the decisive battle, confidence is the power, the success of the enterprise relies on the team rather than individuals, there is no perfect individual, only the perfect team. A person can go very fast, a group of people can go very far.
